Data residency
Tenant data isolated per customer, stored in Australia (Sydney region). No cross-tenant shared storage. [LEGAL REVIEW, T&C Schedule 1 currently lists Germany/Hetzner as hosting sub-processor; counsel to reconcile before execution.]
Audit retention
Target 7 years, aligned to AML/CTF Act s.116(3) retention clock. Immutable append-only log; exportable JSONL on request. [LEGAL REVIEW, Privacy Policy clause 6 currently states "subscription + 12 months"; counsel to reconcile.]
Sub-processors
Anthropic (model inference). Google Cloud / Vertex AI. Hetzner Online GmbH (infrastructure, Germany). Full list in T&C Schedule 1.
Breach notification
OAIC-compliant, target within 72h of confirmation. Direct admin notification for any event touching your tenant.
